Back in love with Seth Godin

I’ve just watched Seth Godin’s video on ‘This is broken’ (go to Seth Godin’s Blog and search the entries for this title). I wish I could give you the right address to click on, but I can’t.
It’s not Important or World Shaking and it won’t tell you much you don’t know, but he’s good and funny.
I forgive him for thrusting Chris Guillebeau on me (who is all fur coat and no knickers. Writes really well – no substance other than look at me, me me.)
Like you, I have a bit of a love / hate thing going on with Seth. I do really like a lot of his ideas – it’s often his style of delivery that puts me off. A bit too shout-y for my liking…
I agree. He is a bit shouty, but he’s from the US and I allow for that. What I like is his energy and ease on stage. However, in the video I have recommended, you do see a glimpse of a very controlling personality in the way he snaps like an alligator at the slide operator, right at the beginning. It belies the ‘I’m easy/I’m just winging it’ hype! Also, he’s pint-sized!!
